Matt is the reason we’re all here—to help Seattle home owners and buyers achieve their goals. He’s built our team from the ground up with the idea that real estate isn’t just a profession, it’s a passion. “I’m a full-time real estate agent who handles multiple transactions every month – in fact everyone on our team does,” he said. Matt knows the real estate business and he means business. “My negotiation skills are second to none. I consistently find and successfully negotiate the best deals for my clients on both sides of the transaction.”

When it comes to the local area, he knows the lay of the land. His knowledge of the neighborhoods, traffic patterns, market conditions, and economy is invaluable in helping clients make informed and smart decisions. Some might call Matt a straight shooter but everyone around here also knows that he believes that life is all about balance. He loves to travel and believes it’s important to take a vacation every once in a while.

Born and raised on the West Coast, Beth has lived in Seattle for 10 years; after spending the previous 10 years in our nation’s capital. She takes special pride in knowing Seattle’s nuances and neighborhoods, the schools, walkability, and transportation issues—anything you’d want to know before making the important decision of choosing where to live. “Having a strategy to tackle anything that comes up or is important to my clients is the best approach to finding the perfect home or selling your house,” Beth said.

For Beth, real estate is all about the people. “More than anything I love finding the perfect home for my clients and seeing them be able to start the next stage of their life. Whether it’s an investment property, someone’s first home, or their 7th home, it never gets old seeing the excitement and thrill of handing over the keys.”

She also loves educating sellers or buyers on current real estate topics. In particular, the Puget Sounds’ hot market, first-time buyers, and micro-specific targets. To her, “finding that needle in the haystack for my clients, while having them feel thoroughly knowledgeable and educated about the search and the process for the transaction is a huge passion for me, and what keeps driving me in this industry.” In her off-hours, she enjoys spending time at home and exploring Seattle with her husband and their three kids.

Chris and real estate go hand in hand. Since joining the Warmack Group, he’s become a rising star and our very own “Urban Explorer.” He is passionate about Seattle and loves learning about the different neighborhoods and all they have to offer his clients. According to Chris, “Being an agent continually pushes me deepen my knowledge of the local area. There’s always seem to be one more enclave I didn’t know about or view that I haven’t seen before.”

For Chris, helping people buy and sell property is more than a transaction. It’s about the story—whether it’s a first home purchase, an upgrade due to a life change, or someone won the lottery and needs a bigger home. “It’s such an honor to be allowed to help people write that next chapter and be a character in their story.”

In Chris’ free time, you can find him at the beach kite surfing, practicing Yoga, or enjoying the great outdoors.

Sean is the newest member of our team, having moved from Florida to the Pacific North West. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. Originally born and raised in South Florida, Sean attended Saint Leo University where he graduated Cum Laude and is a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma. Sean’s ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele was shaped by his affinity for travel and his experiences living and working in culturally diverse communities. His dedication to service and focus on building lasting relationships with clients was developed through his career in public service which spanned nearly 20 years.

Sean’s personable and professional character allows him to build and maintain solid relationships with clients beyond the transaction. By combining dedication and experience, Sean is committed to providing each client with the highest level of service and attention. In order to provide the greatest value to his clients – weather they are buyers, sellers, or investors – he focuses on one thing above all others: The Needs of the Client. He maintains this standard for each client through dedication, hard work, enthusiasm, innovative thinking and cutting edge marketing.

In his down time Sean can be found, enjoying local farmers markets, exploring the Seattle area or on nearby trails with his silver lab “Sophie” by his side.

Director of Business Development

Jabari is one of the newest members of our team having joined us after six years working at Enterprise. While at Enterprise, Jabari developed a strong background in customer service to complement his discipline and focus that earned him an eight year career as a professional athlete. 

We believe that Jabari’s blend of hearty work ethic, persistence, and natural sense of empathy is what makes him a tremendous addition The Warmack Standard. “Listening to a client’s needs and digesting what was said is key to coming up with the best solution for the client, and allows us to do our job the right way” says Jabari. He understands the value of relationships and strives to leave a lasting impression in each connection.

In his off time, Jabari makes it a point to do something outside of his comfort zone. Whether it is cutting a rug west coast swing dancing or belting out tunes at a local karaoke, as long as he is living life to the fullest and making friends while doing it, Jabari will have a smile on the whole while.

Operations Manager

Kasey is a valued member of the Warmack Team, having joined us as Operations Manager in 2015 after living in New York City working as a personal assistant for five years. 

Growing up in Orange County, Kasey longed to return to the West Coast and chose Seattle as her new home. She brings with her a high level of organizational and transactional know-how to help our agents provide a smooth experience for all of our clients, whether they’re buying or selling a home. She provides the structure to our team—we wouldn’t be the same without her! 

In her free time, you’ll probably find her spending time with her adorable rescue puppy named Merle or at a brewery with her fiance J. 

Creative Director

Born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest, with such a culture rich and artistic environment, Kia has always been creative. As our Creative Director, she helps our homes sell faster with her creative touch and home-staging genius. According to her, “artistry and aesthetics are a part of my everyday life. It’s important for me to make my surroundings feel good and intriguing. I believe this translates well in my role.” 

For Kia, where it be decorating a house, putting together a gift for a client, working on marketing material, or planning their company parties, she puts her heart and soul into the process. 

Having spent time in the Hawaiian Islands, Kia returned home to Seattle with new perspectives and ideas. In addition to her role at the Warmack Group, she is an avid explorer of the Pacific North West. “The cities, landscape, and culture here are second nature to me. I believe this knowledge of Seattle that our team has is invaluable to our work and our clients,” she says.

Kia is also a big foodie, chef, and loves to travel. We think that’s great—as long as she keeps coming back to us.
