This home was occupied. We did light styling and added pop in staging, had it cleaned, the windows professionally washed and professional photos taken. 

Result: listed and sold for $779,000 during our review period – which is the highest price per square foot south of Madison in the Capitol Hill / First Hill area ever. (at the time we sold it)
