The Cristalla is one of Seattle’s most sought after high-rise condominiums. Developed by Murray Franklyn and designed by architects Weber + Thompson, the base on the street level is a terra cotta façade of an Italian Renaissance building built in 1906, the Crystal Pool.
The glass dome on the corner of 2nd & Lenora mimics the original building. Cristalla Condominiums was completed in 2005 and has recently undergone a new outdoor roof project that opens summer 2017.
The design of Cristalla welcomes you with the stunning staircase and 2-story water feature in the lobby, William Traver Gallery, and local artist Anna Skibska provided artistic decor throughout. Interior designer Mandy Reed continued the theme of the building’s history by maintaining a prevalence of water.
Amenities at Cristalla are truly some of the best in the city. They feature Guest Suite, 24 hour concierge, Business Center, Conference Room, wet area with hot tub, dry sauna & wet sauna, fitness center with locker rooms, yoga and flex room, owners lounge for parties and casual gatherings, movie room, and a spectacular rooftop deck with dog park, gas grills, and seating for your next outdoor dinner party.
All homes feature hardwood flooring with the exception of carpeted bedrooms. Studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and penthouses giving the building a wide range of sizes and values throughout the building.
