Matt is the reason we’re all here—to help Seattle home owners and buyers achieve their goals. He’s built our team from the ground up with the idea that real estate isn’t just a profession, it’s a passion. “I’m a full-time real estate agent who handles multiple transactions every month – in fact everyone on our team does,” he said. No part-timers here. According to Matt, “Our reviews prove we have put together a successful process and team to provide a better level of service.”
Matt knows the real estate business and he means business. “My negotiation skills are second to none. I consistently find and successfully negotiate the best deals for my clients on both sides of the transaction.”
When it comes to the local area, he knows the lay of the land. His knowledge of the neighborhoods, traffic patterns, market conditions, and economy is invaluable in helping clients make informed and smart decisions. Some might call Matt a straight shooter but everyone around here also knows that he believes that life is all about balance. He loves to travel and believes it’s important to take a vacation every once in a while.
“Real Estate is serious business, but it doesn’t mean we can’t have fun,” he said. “I can provide the support and insight to make your experience smooth, memorable—and enjoyable.”

Kasey joined the team in 2015 after moving to Seattle, and we are so glad she did! Born and raised on the West coast, she spent 5 years in New York City, before heading back to the west coast where she feels most at home. We’re delighted to have her helping the team guide clients through the process of buying and selling.
While you rarely see her in the field, or get to meet her in person, if you’ve done a transaction with Kasey, and hundreds of you have, you’ve corresponded with her. As head of Operations, Kasey executes at a high level, often managing many moving parts of our dynamic team. From scheduling vendors to get your home ready for market, to marketing and compliance, Kasey is essential to keeping this ship afloat. If you’ve had the pleasure of receiving one of Kasey’s project plans, you know that she prides herself in the details and strives to provide a supreme client experience- she always goes the extra mile.
When navigating Escrow, Kasey brings a high level of organizational and transactional know-how, which is especially appreciated when helping our agents provide a smooth experience for our clients. When working with our colleagues, she bring collaboration into focus, working tirelessly to ensure success, while somehow always bringing a Zen-like order to the chaos of contracts and paperwork.
Since moving to Seattle she has loved exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, never taking for granted the beautiful scenery, especially Mt Rainier, which constantly takes her breath away! In her free time, she can be found checking out the food and drinks at one of Seattle’s many dog-friendly breweries and restaurants with her partner, Josh, and their adorable rescue dog, Merle.

Taishi comes from a 3rd generational family of Japanese restauranteurs. He spent over 10 year working in, and eventually managing his father’s Sushi Restaurant with his family in Los Angeles. Here he picked up on his family’s entrepreneurial spirit and the dedication taken to one’s career from his Japanese heritage. Wanting to pursue his own interest in homes and construction, he then spent close to 5 years managing single family home remodeling and rehabilitation projects, where he was able to help hundreds of families across the LA area renovate and rebuild their homes, igniting his initial interest and passion in real estate.
After learning he and his wife were expecting their first child they decided a change of pace was needed, and they headed north to join his eldest brother and his family in Sammamish, and began his career as a REALTOR®.
Taishi’s earlier careers engrained a sense of service that reflects into his work ethic and dedication to each client, making them feel welcome and heard. He is a person who naturally wants to help people first, and loves that he is able to help people navigate the processes around some of the most significant decisions in their lives – buying or selling a home. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market, and uses this knowledge to help his clients make informed decisions and as a loving husband and father to two young children, he has a particular love of helping families find their next home.
When not servicing clients, he loves exploring Seattle’s parks, museums, and culinary offerings with his family. When he does have downtime, he can be found volunteering in the Seattle area, fly fishing in on of WA’s many rivers, or maybe just hidden away at home as he tends to his saltwater coral reef tanks.
